There's a tunnel in the Montgomery St. BART station which people-moves passengers a block up the street in a haze of polished stone and neon. It extends the length of 44 Montgomery. Sometimes I take it (the tunnel). Feels like entering a ride at Disneyland (Splash Mtn. maybe?), and I like to peek in A Businessman's Haircut. This morning the tunnel was very loud, lotta clicking and clacking. I realize that the tunnel at that moment (8:50am) is filled entirely with women.

underpaid women in high heels they can't afford, to buy or to wear, arriving timely to cubicles from conscientious commutes, also they don't have company car-ports, like the men do
